Which Web Browser should I use and should I update to the newest version?
Yes, yes, yes! The web is booming, it's going nuts and technology is flying ahead. Web designers and developers are creating some amazing interactive website functionality online and we need a progressive web environment to enjoy these fantastic features and have a better online experience. So I encourage you to upgrade your current browser version or look at other browser options.
Which web browser should I use?
Web browsers – does it even matter which one I use? Well if you spend very little time on the web then no. But if you're reading this then I'm guessing you do so why not look into other options which can benefit you with things like speed, performance and features.
I'm certain most of you know about Internet Explorer as it comes pre-installed on most computers. IE tends to be a little behind the ball when it comes to new web standards which is a shame because much web enjoyment is missed. I just don't know why they don't keep up with the others so my number one recommendation is Firefox. I highly recommend it! Download it it here and try it out ...
Actually this page was inspired by IE6's limitations and frustrations!
If you're happy with the browser you currently use then fantastic but why not upgrade?
I think some people (often the lovely but cautious older generation) have a fear to upgrade or download anything because they may get a virus and their computer may crash. You need not worry about this because you're downloading direct from the creators. Another thought is that people just don't realize or think to upgrade. Yeah I understand that – and I understand that a lot of people just don't see why. However, I say just do it! Why not – it will make your online browsing experience more intuitive and easier to use, giving you a faster speed and you more options for add-ons.
